Notification Period
You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please email us at mavoixofficial@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Window
Once your return or exchange has been approved, the item must be received by us within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Where applicable, the return tag must not be removed.
- Items must be free of scent, stains, and damage—please avoid wearing perfume, makeup, deodorant, or fake tan when trying on items.
Items that show signs of wear, have been handled excessively, or do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return.
Postage & Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service to return your item.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For international customers, we do not cover customs fees or the cost of shipping exchanged items.
Exclusions
- Accessories and veils are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- As our garments are handmade, minor imperfections (e.g., a missing bead) are not considered valid grounds for a refund.
Return Processing
Returns are inspected upon receipt. If approved, we aim to process refunds or exchanges within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
